This patient in her 70s sought treatment to address recurrent signs of facial aging that had developed over time following a previous facelift and neck lift. While prior surgery had provided improvement, the natural aging process continued, resulting in renewed skin laxity along the jawline and neck, as well as increased facial wrinkles, sun damage, and changes in skin texture. She wanted to restore a more refreshed, youthful appearance while maintaining natural looking results.
A revision facelift and neck lift were performed to improve facial contours, redefine the jawline, and tighten loose skin in the lower face and neck. In addition, CO2 laser resurfacing of the face was used to address fine lines, wrinkles, uneven pigmentation, and sun related skin damage. This combination approach helped rejuvenate both the underlying facial structures and the surface quality of the skin, creating a smoother, brighter, and more youthful overall appearance.
