This patient in his 40s was concerned with fullness beneath the chin, a less defined jawline, and a weak chin projection that affected the balance of his facial profile. Even with good overall skin quality, these structural and contour issues can create the appearance of a softer or less defined lower face and neck. His goal was to achieve a more sculpted, masculine, and balanced facial profile.
Submental liposuction was performed to remove excess fat beneath the chin and improve the cervicofacial angle. FaceTite and NeckTite were then used to further tighten soft tissue and enhance skin contraction in the lower face and neck for improved contouring. A chin implant was placed to enhance chin projection and strengthen the overall facial profile. Together, these procedures helped create a more defined jawline, improved neck contour, and better facial harmony.
Common concerns addressed:
• Submental fullness (“double chin”)
• Poor jawline definition
• Weak or recessed chin
• Lack of chin projection
• Soft or under defined facial profile
• Mild to moderate neck laxity
• Loss of cervicofacial angle definition
• Imbalance between chin and other facial features
• Desire for a more structured, masculine appearance
• Overall lower face and neck contour refinement
