This patient in her 50s wanted to address a combination of structural aging changes in the face and neck along with volume loss and skin quality concerns. She was bothered by early jowling, softening of the jawline, and mild neck laxity, as well as heaviness in the upper eyelids and under-eye bags that created a tired appearance. She also noticed hollowing under the eyes and skin laxity on the neck with early creasing and texture changes.
A lower facelift and neck lift were performed to restore definition to the jawline and improve tightening in the lower face and neck. Upper and lower blepharoplasty addressed excess upper eyelid skin and under eye bags, creating a more rested and open eye appearance. Nanofat transfer to the under eye area helped restore subtle volume loss and soften hollow contours for a smoother transition between the lower eyelid and cheek. Morpheus treatment to the neck was used to further improve skin tightening and texture through radiofrequency microneedling, enhancing skin firmness and quality.
Together, these procedures provided a comprehensive rejuvenation approach by addressing both deeper structural aging and surface skin quality, resulting in a smoother, more lifted, and naturally refreshed appearance.
