This patient in her 50s wanted to address multiple signs of facial and skin aging affecting both facial structure and skin quality. She was concerned about early jowling, loss of jawline definition, and mild neck laxity, as well as volume loss in the face that contributed to a more tired appearance. In addition, she noticed fine lines around the eyes and mouth, lower eyelid aging changes, and crepey skin on the chest.
A lower facelift and neck lift were performed to restore definition to the jawline and tighten laxity in the lower face and neck. Nanofat transfer was used to help restore subtle volume loss and improve overall facial softness and quality. Lower blepharoplasty with skin pinch and fat reduction/repositioning addressed under eye bags, excess skin, and improved the transition between the lower eyelid and cheek. CO2 laser resurfacing was performed around the mouth, eyes, and chest to improve fine lines, sun damage, and skin texture, resulting in smoother, more even skin quality.
Together, these procedures provided a comprehensive rejuvenation approach, improving both facial contours and skin surface quality for a refreshed, natural, and balanced appearance.
