This patient in her 40s wanted to address early signs of facial aging, including loss of jawline definition, mild skin laxity in the lower face and neck, and age related volume loss in the midface and chin. She also wished to improve the appearance of existing scars and enhance overall facial balance. Her goal was to achieve natural looking rejuvenation that restored youthful contours while maintaining her unique facial features.
A lower facelift and neck lift were performed to tighten loose skin and improve definition along the jawline and neck. Fat transfer to the cheeks restored volume that had diminished over time, helping to create a softer, more youthful midface contour. Fat transfer to the chin enhanced facial harmony and profile balance while providing additional structural support to the lower face. Exosome therapy was used to support scar healing and improve skin quality in treated areas. Together, these procedures created a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance with improved facial contours and smoother-looking skin.
