This patient in her 50s wanted to address multiple signs of facial aging, including sagging along the jawline, loose neck skin, and volume loss in the upper face and around the eyes. Over time, changes in facial structure and soft tissue volume can contribute to a tired or hollow appearance, while skin laxity in the lower face and neck can diminish youthful facial definition. Her goal was to achieve comprehensive facial rejuvenation with natural looking results.
A lower facelift and neck lift with platysmaplasty were performed to improve jawline definition, tighten the neck, and address banding caused by separation of the platysma muscles. To restore youthful facial fullness, nanofat transfer was used in the temples, upper eyelids, and tear troughs. This helped soften hollow areas, improve facial balance, and create a more refreshed appearance around the eyes. Together, these procedures rejuvenated both facial contours and volume, resulting in a smoother, more youthful overall look.
